Ginger is one of the best natural remedies for the common cold. Ginger drinking – cinnamon tea and congestion significantly re-energizes your recovery.

Hot water to make ginger 1 cup and cinnamon for 15 minutes. Once the mixture is hot, add honey and cardamom powder.

Note: Never add honey in hot or boiling water, because its composition changes and does more harm than good.
